Data Privacy Statement

We are aware of the fact that the protection of your privacy during use of our website is an important matter for you.
We take the protection of your personal details very seriously. We would therefore like you to know when we store data
and how we use it. We would therefore, with this data privacy statement, like to make you aware of our data protection measures.

Data Acquisition

You can always use our online presentation without disclosure of your personal data. Due to your calling of our website, data is saved for backup purposes on the servers of our technical service provider Content Management AG (www.web4business.de) or
of its business partners, such as the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us, the websites that you visit on our internet presence and your IP address. This data would possibly permit identification, but we carry out no person-specific analysis of it. They can be used for statistical purposes, although the individual user remains anonymous. Insofar as data is passed on to external service providers, we have ensured, by means of technical and organisational measures, that the data privacy regulations are adhered to. Our internet presence incorporates content from other providers. This can be pure content elements (e.g. messages, news) but may also be widgets (functions such as e.g. weather forecasts). This takes place due to technical reasons in that this content is loaded from the browser of other servers. The IP currently being used by your browser is conveyed in this context.

Acquisition and Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is only collected where you make it available to us voluntarily, e.g. in the framework of a registration, by filling out forms or sending e-mails, in the framework of the ordering of products or services, enquiries or requesting materials or in the members’ area. The database and its contents remain with us and our technical service provider. Your personal data will not, in any form, be made available to third parties by us or by persons commissioned by us, unless you have agreed to this or there is an official order.

Purposes

We will only use the personal data acquired from you in order to provide to you the products or services you desire, or for other purposes for which you have granted your consent, insofar as no conflicting legal duties exist.

Right of Access and Rectification

You have the right to check and rectify all data relating to you which is stored with us, if they are in your opinion out of date or incorrect. An e-mail to the e-mail address named in the Imprint will suffice for this.

Right to Revoke

You are entitled to revoke your consent to the use of personal data at any time with effect for the future. An e-mail to the e-mail address named in the Imprint will suffice for this.

Data Retention

We store personal data for as long as it is necessary in order to carry out a service that you have requested or for which you have granted your consent, insofar as no conflicting legal duties exist, such as e.g. in the case of an ongoing court proceeding.

Use of Cookies

In some areas of the website, so-called cookies are used in order for us to be able to provide you with our service in a more individually adapted way. Cookies are identifiers that a webserver can send to your computer in order to identify it for the duration of the visit. Most browsers are set in such a way that they automatically accept cookies. You can, however, also deactivate the storing of cookies or adjust your browser so that it informs you about the placing of cookies. Insofar as cookies are not only stored for the duration of the respective session and automatically deleted afterwards, but are instead to be deposited on your computer for a longer period, you will be informed of the placing of such a cookie.

Security

We use technical and organisational safety measures to protect the data you have provided against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. In the case of the acquisition and processing of personal data, the data is conveyed in encoded form in order to prevent misuse of the data by third parties. Our protective measures are revised on an ongoing basis according to technological development.

Children

The protection of children’s privacy is an important subject. Because of this, on our website, we do not acquire, process or use information from people whom we know to be under 13 years of age, without having first obtained the provable agreement of a legal guardian. Upon request, the legal guardian can view the information provided by their child and/or demand that it be deleted.

Contact Form

The personal data that you provide us with in the framework of a contact enquiry, e.g. by means of a contact form, is only used to respond to your enquiry and/or establishing of contact and for the technical administration relating to this. Passing on to third parties does not take place. You have the right to revoke granted consent with effect for the future at any time. In this case, your personal data will be immediately deleted. Your personal data will also be deleted without your revocation when we have processed your enquiry or you revoke the consent granted here to the storing. This also takes place if the storing is forbidden for other legal reasons.

Alterations

The constant development of the internet necessitates changes to our data privacy statement from time to time. We reserve the right to carry out appropriate changes at any time.
