Booking Conditions and Hotel Cancellation Insurance 

Dear Guest,

After confirmation of your room reservation has taken place, we will keep ready the booked rooms.
An accommodation contract will come into being in accordance with § 535 BGB (Civil Code).
In the case of a cancellation, short-notice change or premature departure, we permit ourselves to pass on to you the loss that has occurred for us.
For this reason, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Until 4 weeks before the date of arrival cancellations are free, until 2 weeks before we charge 50%,
until 1 week before the date of arrival and in the event of premature departure 80% of the agreed price.
In the case of bookings with more than 2 rooms: there is no free cancellation.

In accordance with § 309 clause 5b BGB (Civil Code) we point out to you that you have the possibility of
furnishing proof that a loss has either not occurred at all or only to small extent.
